A family firm since 1927
William John Fraleigh founded the business in 1927. Four generations later, the Fraleigh family still runs it from Burlington, and the firm still does what it has always done: build, own and manage property across the Golden Horseshoe. Condominium management is our lead service, backed by the experience of owning and developing buildings ourselves. Boards and owners deal directly with the people who make the decisions, including our President, Greg Fraleigh, who brings nearly 50 years of property management experience.
